Preorders
We only take preorders on stock we have ordered in our own name: your order reserves a unit of our order. Where we pay a distributor only when the stock leaves them, the product page says so and we open only part of that order. If fewer arrive than we have sold, orders are filled in the order they were placed and anything we cannot fill is refunded in full.

BackesTCG is a family shop: Nicolaj, his partner, and a very small person who is not yet much help with the packing. It started on eBay in 2026, and the record there is 100% positive, and you're welcome to go and check it.
This store does the same job with sealed product and preorders, packed by the people whose name is on the door.
We're buying
Whether it's an old collection, sealed product or boxes from the loft, send a few photos and you'll get an honest number. If you'd do better selling them yourself, we'll tell you that instead.
Nobody can. Pull rates are decided at the print run, not at the shop counter. What's ours to promise is the seal, and every seal leaves here exactly as the factory made it.
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what we described, tell us within 7 days: replacement or refund, your choice. Australian Consumer Law rights apply on top, always.
Untouched: exactly as the factory made it, shrink-wrap and all. We don't weigh packs or open boxes to check what's inside, and nothing here is ever resealed.
