This page is how returns actually work here, step by step. The short version: if something we sent is wrong, we fix it, and if you've simply changed your mind on sealed product, we can't take it back. Both halves are explained below.
What's covered
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what we described, tell us within 7 days: replacement or refund, your choice.
Damaged means real damage: crushed, torn, split or opened packaging. It doesn't mean the faint shelf wear that sealed product picks up between the factory and any shop, which sits on most boxes in the hobby and doesn't touch what's inside. A wrong item, or contents that don't match the listing, count as not as described.
And if a parcel goes missing in the post, that's ours to fix too: replacement or refund, and we chase the courier, not you.
How a return works
Email backestcg@gmail.com with your order number, within the 7 days. Photos of any damage help us fix it faster, but the promise doesn't hinge on them.
We reply, usually within a day, and we agree the fix together. If the item needs to come back to us, we email you a prepaid return label; when the mistake is ours, the return postage is ours too.
Refunds go back the way you paid, actioned within a day of us agreeing it. Replacements are dispatched within 1-2 business days, tracked like any other order.
What we can't take back
Sealed product is final sale: no change-of-mind returns, and no returns because the pulls weren't what you hoped for. Pull rates are decided at the print run, not at the shop counter, and that's standard across the hobby. It also protects you as much as us: returns never go back on the shelf, so what you buy has been ours and only ours.
