This page is the whole of our guarantee, in plain words. There are no asterisks and no separate fine print anywhere on it; what's written here is what we do.
The seal
Every seal leaves here exactly as the factory made it: never weighed, never searched, never opened.
If you collect sealed product, you already know why this matters. Packs get weighed to fish out the hits; boxes get opened, picked over and quietly resealed. None of that happens here. And because the two of us are the only people who touch your order between the shelf and the post office, the promise doesn't depend on a warehouse of strangers keeping it.
Sealed product is stored out of sunlight and handled like it's already yours. It travels in rigid protection.
If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what we described, tell us within 7 days: replacement or refund, your choice.
And if a parcel goes missing in the post, that's ours to fix too: replacement or refund, and we chase the courier, not you.
Email backestcg@gmail.com with your order number. Photos of any damage help us fix it faster, but the promise doesn't hinge on them. When the mistake is ours, we carry the cost of putting it right, return postage included. Refunds go back the way you paid, actioned within a day of us agreeing it.
We don't accept change-of-mind returns on sealed product. That's standard across the hobby, and it protects you as much as us: returns never go back on the shelf, so what you buy has been ours and only ours.
Nothing on this page limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Those apply on top of everything here, always.
Getting it to you
Every order is dispatched in 1-2 business days with tracking, no minimums and no exceptions. Our highest-value collections ship with signature on delivery and transit cover, built into the price rather than sold as an extra.
The owners answer
You're emailing the people who own the shop, and we answer, usually within a day. There's no support queue and no script; the person reading your email is the person who packed your order.
What we won't promise
A guarantee is only worth something if it never claims what can't be delivered. So, for the record:
We can't promise what you'll pull. Those odds are fixed at the print run by the manufacturer, and a shop that says otherwise is selling you a story. We won't call ourselves anyone's "number one", because there's no scoreboard behind claims like that. And we won't invent countdowns or "only 2 left" theatre. When something we sell is genuinely scarce, the listing will simply say so.
What we will do is put our record where you can check it: our eBay store, 100% positive across every order we've ever shipped.
