Terms of service

These terms cover the use of this store and every purchase from BackesTCG (ABN 72 955 230 843, New South Wales, Australia). Buying from us means agreeing to them. They're written to be read.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we email your confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order, because stock is unavailable or a listing carried a clear pricing error, we tell you promptly and you choose: pay the correct price, or take a full refund. We never just charge the difference.

Prices. All prices are in Australian dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Preorders, shipping and returns. Each has its own policy, written in plain words, and those policies are part of these terms. Preorder terms appear on every preorder listing before you pay.

Product information. We describe what we sell honestly and correct mistakes when we find them. Sealed product contents and pull rates are set by the manufacturer, not by us, and we don't promise what you'll pull.

Fair use of the store. Don't use this site for anything unlawful, don't misrepresent who you are at checkout, and don't scrape or copy the store's content for your own shop.

Trademarks. Pokémon and One Piece names, logos and artwork belong to their respective owners. BackesTCG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Bandai or any publisher.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Those apply on top of everything here, always.

Changes. If these terms change, the version posted here applies from the day it's posted.
