Shipping policy

We ship within Australia. Overseas, email hello@backestcg.com.au for a real quote.

In-stock orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days with tracking, with no minimum order. Preorders ship as soon as their stock lands. The tracking number is in your inbox at dispatch.

Standard shipping is $10.95 for parcels under 500g and $14.95 up to 5kg. Shipping is free Australia-wide on orders over $250. The exact rate for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery itself is Australia Post's leg: their published estimate for standard parcels is 2-6 business days.

Our highest-value collections ship with signature on delivery and transit cover, built into the price rather than sold as an extra.

If a parcel goes missing in the post, that's ours to fix: replacement or refund, and we chase the courier, not you.
